Because of DownTown DD Bar Shuttle our DWI arrests have went down by 40%. Our DWI arrests at the highest in 2005 were 167, by 2009 we arrested 101 people for DWI. Our underage drinking and driving violations are now basically nonexistent, we only have a few a year now. As a result of the bar shuttle, there is no doubt in my mind that lives have been saved.
